How long before the miner arrives?

• The standard delivery time is from 7 to 10 days. If you use hosting, the standard time for launching the miner in the data center is 14 days.

How much does shipping cost?

• Shipping is free on all miners in our range. At checkout, you can choose personal pickup, shipping to an address or shipping to a hosting datacenter in the UAE or the USA.

Do you also offer hosting of my miners?

• Yes, we offer hosting for your miners in a professional data center in the United Arab Emirates at a price of $0.075 per kWh consumed, or in the United States at a price of $0.0825 per kWh consumed. The average uptime for both data centers is over 95%. For more information, see the hosting tab.

Do I have to pay for the miner upfront?

• You just need to pay a 50% deposit in advance, the rest can be paid after delivery. For pre-orders, the full amount is paid in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

• You can pay for your order by bank transfer, cash, Bitcoin, or other cryptocurrency by prior arrangement.

Can I collect the miner in person?

• Yes, you can pick up your miner in person and test it on the spot at Otín 286, 377 01 Jindřichův Hradec, Czech republic.

Do you give a discount for large orders?

• Yes, for orders of larger quantities of miner (10 or more) please contact us at info@coin-factory.cz.
